Spring is coming up so I thought it's time for something new.
For some dear Friends of ours I made some Invitations for their daughters baptism. This Card was not the one they've choosen but I wantet to Share ist.
I think the card fits to the bastel-traum Challenge. Although it's not A Birthday or Birthcard I think a Baptismcard is really near by.
Inspired by the Irish teddys Challenge of June, I tried my first card with nautical symbols. Irish Teddys is one of my favorite shops. They have a great online shop and a store in Bonn, which is near Cologne ;)
For the Less is More Challenge I made these simple cards.
The Challenge is about Geometrie Shapes and Patterns, which made me think of Circles xD
Thanks Karen for asking how to create these cards <3
I made them in 30 to 40Minutes.
First I made my own Mask/Stencil out of some plastic sheet by using my Big Shot and my Circle Dies. Then I used my Dirtress Inks and my Blending Tool to Color the Background.
I used the Let's Bokeh Stamps from Lawn Fawn and some Memento Inks. Those dry very fast!
For the sentiment I used my Powder tool, my Zing Embossing Powder and the Scripty Saying Stampset from Lawn Fawn.
For a Finishing Touch I used my gelpen to draw some dashed Lines around the Circle and some Ribbon/Wire.
